This law revises the Mortgage Loan Origination Disclosure by adding the address of the department's division of banking and financial institutions, the divisions phone number and website, and a statement informing borrowers that the division can provide information about whether a mortgage broker or loan originator is licensed as well as other legally available information. Document(s) also revised to allow space for electronic barcode field placement at the bottom center of the first page. Revisions include moving the page number designator to the right side and potentially moving copy to meet minimum clear space requirements for the barcode font.
